ebook #9 Novus Spiritus Group Member?

Are you a Novus Spiritus group member?
Is that membership single or in a group?
Where do you meet and when (if you are willing to have potential new members contact you, please include full information to that effect, if not, please do not give contact information, but it helps to know where as others might need suggestions).

I am a Novus Spiritus group member and coord.
We hold study groups once per month. We talk on the phone all the time and through emails.
We meet in all kinds of places. We have a coffee shop we like to meet at.
And sometimes we meet at a book store. Most of the time we meet at each others homes.
I always welcome new members. The ones that live in my area.

I also am a coordinator, however, I'm a group of one. I live in a small area and I'm hoping to contact others. We don't have many cozy places to meet, but the library is an option, we do have one little coffee shop, there is also a senior living community up here and they have a meeting room that we may be able to utilize. In the meantime, while waiting for others to become enlightened, I am studying so I can help them when the time is right.

You know I find some from the membership list on gsb site. This is how I gather up people. Just see if there is anyone close to you.

Hi SamiJo, I don't think the GSB site is up anymore, at least last time I went it wouldn't come up. I did find one gal that was about an hour from me, but then she moved up north about 6 hours from me. Ooops. LOL

Anyway, I'm in a small town that has a lot of churches and a lot of people identify with those churches, that is their life. So, its a little tough and to go out of the area requires an hour drive through a long winding canyon.

With my son still at home, I prefer to not travel that far away, especially in the evening. So, I'm planning on advertising in the local newspaper to see if I get any interest, but I must have a planned place to meet first.

I am a studygroup coordinator for a small group
I have about 4-5 ladies that are in my group
We meet every Thursday night in my house.
I always welcome new members.
I live in Niagara Falls,ON and I have tried the advertising route but so many seemed interested then chickened out.
A lot of people I have talked to don't seem to know they can go to the locate a study group feature on sylvia's website or call the office and ask.
I also bake something every week and have teas and coffee and water and we always have a good time.

That's cool Cathy. I'm still working on a place to have my meetings. I don't want to have them at my home, not like half this silly little valley doesn't already know where I live being a soccer coach, baseball coach, Elk, etc. LOL but I want to separate things and so I'm still looking.
