Blue Light

It's been a while since I read "Temples On the Other Side"

I searched for a method to invoke healing for myself at first

I concentrated on the Temple of Healing but I didn't get far

survival is very busy.

so, as a quickie and very effective for myself and maybe for anyone else

is the color like electric blue if you like colors you know which blue is best for yourself.

I just visualize it around me and it soothes me.

What can be easier than that....well if life had no colors....it would be difficult

whatever color or sound or feeling soothes you envision it and it's therapy

I belong to the whistlers ...lol....now and again I'll be whistleing or blowing air through my teeth just because it calms me.....lol...and I'm not the only one....It is corny but i works!

All this is probably similar to clapping out negativity from a room And I believe 100% that negativity
can attach itself to you as can any loving "tude"... the choice of journey is ours

lol thanks sweetie for sharing that..I love the color blue...I am surrounded by blue in my bedroom..(my walls are a baby blue) lol
