Fitness Club Ghost?

Found this article with surveillance video of what appears to be a ghostly image. Some have been saying that it's a bug caught in the camera lense bubble...what do you think?

someone needs to ask what was on the grounds before 24 hour fitness was built.. I don't think it has to do with the fitness center but that the ghost was from another time when that building didn't exist, much like the toys-r-us ghost in CA that sylvia browne writes of.
