prayers for injury from falling

On Friday the 13th I was on my way..walking to inside my daughters school and I saw 2 seconds before (wish it would have been earlier) I fell (slipped on mud) flat on my rear and jarred my whole spine and blacked out. I did not hit my head (that I am aware of). My arms, legs are just hurting like crazy. I know I braced myself with my arms as I was going down. I have some mild sharp pains going up my neck and in my ear and down my arms. I have been to the doctor who said it's like getting whiplash/concussion I remember the loud THUD! noise my head and body made when I hit the ground.
I would love some prayers please.. and thank you. I am going to a new chiropractor and putting ice and heat on where ever the pain is at that time. I feel like I was hit by a truck.
