Ok the document doesn't allow for me to copy and paste so here is just a little bit that i felt like typing out
just a few tidbits that had me

Egotism can get in the way of success if you don't temper it or at least disguise it some way. who me!?? The Great Oz!? have an Ego?!? What?? hmm...yeah i have heard some people say my ego or leo pride gets in the way of things
