Back Pain

I really pulled my back out yesterday and I am in lots of pain. I had a terrible sleep and it hurts to walk/move/sit/stand. I would love some prayers for fast recovery and for the pain to go away.. 3 Tylonol and 3 Advil don't do much.

if nothing else works, whenever i'm in pain, i always picture it as having that part of me (my head, neck, back, knee, etc) covered in a black tar-like mud, and then i'll close my eyes, and visualize that i'm wiping that gunk away (while rubbing and massaging the area that's hurting), so that instead of having the gunk on me, i'll have a white, shimmering glow in that area. and sometimes, depending on the pain, i'll use green light.

IBprofin..600 mg. always helps me.
when you back gets strong enough start with some stretching exercises. It will get it back to shape . I will also send you some reiki. so except them for they are on it way...lov ya!
