astro projection "travel"

The night before going to see Sylvia in st. louis, I could not sleep "at least I felt like I was awake all night",
but I did do some travelin! I went to a place will huge pictures with different picture frames. There
was not any funiture where these pictures were hanging. I thought that was strange.
I really didnt pay attention to picture, but the frames. I touched them as I walked by them.
On the way to see Sylvia I told my possey "friends" what I did the night before.
When we walked in to the hotel walked around the corner there they were
SEVERAL HUGE PICTURES WITH DIFFERENT FRAMES ON EACH ONE OF THEM!
I walked up to them and touched them...wow...that was awsome..
I have visions that had seen everything before..even the people that was
there. Its that wild.
At one point of the show..my stone ring broke into three pieces. My right hand and arm turned
bright red. I think I had a power serge. I have been having them alot. That is why I had the
grounding stone ring on. I went to the doctor to be checked out and there is nothing wrong with me
They could not explain it.."doctors" no answer. Psychic said it was power serges ..as the kundalini was awaking with in me. wow

makes me wonder how to raise the kundalini. I have heard many techniques as to how to raise it, one in particular is the practice of sexual alchemy (building of sexual energies which in turn makes the kundalini rise) this one stands out in my mind. If anyone else knows any other techniques in raising the kundalini i would love to hear them.

I practise raising the kundalini by doing ocean breaths followed by the breaths of fire, then go into the meditation asking for shati to come (mother god) There are many names for her. Novus calls her Azna.
Be the observer and do this for a period of time, the kundalini will awaken within you. Kelly has a cd that is called the awakening of the kundalini, it is a guided meditation that is good.
