The SBNS Online Forum Membership Agreement

This Agreement has been put into place to maintain a fun, friendly, and respectful online forum for any and all members. Due to the content of this forum (names, organizations, associations, etc.) the SBNS Membership Agreement is considered the "rules and regulations" of any and all members that obtain membership.

SBNS Online Forum has no connection or affiliation with Sylvia Browne or the Society of Novus Spiritus, in any way, and will not tolerate any misuse of mentioned entities at any time! Any and all situations that may arrise between members on this forum will be dealt with by Admin and Moderators! Any communication to mentioned organizations will be consideration for termination, due to litigation issues that may arise.

1. NO EXCESSIVE PROFANITY AND/OR INDECENT CONTENT will be allowed on this forum. (i.e. excessive use of vulgar language, indecent language, etc.) If any member(s) partakes in dispalying, manipulating, or sharing profanity, indecent content, adult content, sexual and/or pornographic materials, images, files, etc. on this forum, their membership will automatically be terminated.

2. NO MISREPRESENTATION OF ANY CELEBRITIES and/or names of those who are considered topics of threads and/or discussions will be tolerated. (i.e.: any misuse or derogatory use of the copyrighted names on this forum will be grounds for immediate termination.) *Note: Sylvia Browne, John Edward, and Chris Dufrense are copyrighted names, and any misusage of those names will be subject to penalties under the law.

3. ALL MEMBERS WILL SHOW RESPECT TO ONE ANOTHER at all times. In the event that there is any discrimination, racist, crude, prejudicial, and/or sexiest remarks made by any member, will be grounds for immediate termination.

4. ALL RELIGIOUS AND/OR SPIRITUAL BELIEFS WILL BE RESPECTED on this forum. Therefore, if any member feels that he/she has been discriminated against due to his/her religious and/or spiritual beliefs, an investigation will take place, and all parties that are named in the confrontation, will receive a Final Warning from Admin. to cease all derogatory remarks, comments, and posts regarding others' religious and spiritual beliefs. If any situation should escalate, Admin and/or Moderators reserve the right to terminate the membership of the member who has instigated the situation.

5. NO FINANCIAL OR MONETARY GAINS MAY BE MADE FROM THIS FORUM at any time for any cause. If a donation or monetary gift would like to be made to Sylvia Browne's Foundation or The Society of Novus Spiritus, SBNS implores you to make those donations/gifts personally to the mentioned foundations/organizations. Any member who wishes to use this forum for monetary gain or any other "scams" will be terminated immediately.

6. NO DISCRIMINATION AND/OR DEROGATORY comments and/or posts are allowed (wherein, members, mentioned names, organizations, etc. are named and/or mentioned.)

7. ADMINISTRATION AND/OR MODERATORS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DELETE ANY POST AND/OR THREAD which is considered offensive, discriminatory, racist, sexiest, prejudice, and/or profane. Members have the right to question why posts were deleted; however, any derogatory comments made to other members or moderators about Admin or Moderators' actions will be immediate grounds for Final Warning prior to termination.

8. TERMS OF SERVICE set forth by the forum host are to be followed accordingly. Any actions made by any member that contradictions the Terms of Service set forth by the forum host, will be grounds for immediate termination.

9. MODERATORS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DECLINE MEMBERSHIPS AND/OR MAINTAIN MEMBERSHIPS AND FORUM during the absence of Administrator. Any questions regarding this policy should be addressed to Administrator.

I would like it noted that Administrators and Moderators are members of this forum as well and deserve the same amount of respect as any other member.
